staf and hagen were the two who are funded and associated (helping) Libre-SOC https://bugs.libre-soc.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175
indirectly Libre-SOC is resulting in funding whitequark on nmigen, lip6.fr on coriolis2, staf on chips4makers, a side-project to convert systemverilog into nmigen, created a massive general-purpose flexibly-pipelined nmigen-based IEEE754 FPU library. it's a damn big project.
