Hi I've now placed the layers within the mask frame https://github.com/libresilicon/PearlRiver/tree/master/Vendors/HKUST/Masks
Reduction factor is 5:1 so I scaled it up a bit.
If it's ok with you, I will manufacture them together with the responsible guy, in the lab on Monday or so.
