Hi, 0,5 and 1,0 would be valid steps.

So starting with 5V at 1,0 structure would be valid.

With 0,5 structure, I would suggest to have some thing "5V-tolerant with

some hooks" like xilinx sells their older fpgas, as I described before,

as it is nice to be able to interface with some lines of 5V level.
