Hi all We've now figured out the thin film formation procedure for forming 77nm TiSi2 films. We're right now working on a wafer with the bare minimum of manufacturing steps for making switching transistors. With this step we will calibrate the junction implant energies and annealing times for the junctions.
Stay tuned. The project is *not* dead! ;-)
