Equipment malfunction: Delay with R&D
Hi Besides the issue with the downtime of our Mumble server, now we encounter also issues in the lab. The furnaces have been offline the whole morning because the main heating unit broke and they had to repair it. The sputterer is offline until Tuesday... -.-' @Ferenc: Sorry.
