Decap and analysis planned at INL, then comparison to the original GDS using openCV. Access to INL cleanroom hindered due to COVID situation. -  LS1U: testwafer with logic cells planned for October, feasibility is questionable. INL does not intend to use the facility for fabrication of LS1U --> Funding from Horizon needed to expand the facility. - Horizon Europe: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horizon_Europe) Fabrication of semiconductors in EU is on the agenda, LS1U or its successor may be a candidate, contacting them needed. R: leviathan - Website: mission statement manually written into autogenerated HTML, rendering is broken in some browsers. Proper integration needed. Content is OK. Roadmap is to be filled up.
