Summary of the Mumble session:

Agenda:

- LS130: "waldo concept" is in effect in INL due to COVID, only internal employees can enter the site. Feasiblity to perform decapping LS130 test chip with "remote control" established.

- Website: text integration in progress, formatting needs to be completed. R: leviathan

- Standard cell lib generator: testing of the tool itself will be performed using SKY130 as a test vehicle. After successful demonstration of functionality, it can be re-parameterized for LS nodes as they are ready.

- LS1U/Horizon: Writing a proposal for the EC to use LibreSilicon and INL fab as a basis for setting up a foundry within EU is ongoing. R: eegerferenc, hasnk, leviathan

- LS50U: A technology node and corresponding process sequence that can be done in a garage without controlled chemicals needs to be created. Intention: initially not for complex circuits, but to increase awareness, provide opportunity to get practical experience with a low budget and draw people into the project. Target: ~50um or bigger, PMOS-only tech for e.g. simple PMOS gates. R: leviathan/hasnk
