as hardware guy, I'm kind of lost in the FOSDEM maze, particularly because the Open Hardware room is full and I can't get in. Anyone else around? Look for Staf or Michiel, they're anyway interested into talking about LibreSilicon and they can maybe introduce to you the EU commission.
