Yes, dynamically or statically, whatever. The tools must be easily
installable on Debian and derivatives.

I think having a live cd isn't as important as it was some years ago,
since cd/dvd drives are getting less common in laptops lately, but when
you operate this repository, creating a live cd from it should be somewhat
easy I think.
