[Libre-silicon-devel] Code of conduct

Hello David,

I generally agree on it. Not only this is not a political forum, but we
have to ensure not to deter present and future members and partners as
well. However, care must be taken not to fall over the other side of the
horse. As long as it is not prescribed that "program", "utility" and
"algorithm" are forbidden and "app" shall be used instead, and we can
talk about blacklists and an SPI master device still selects an SPI
slave device, it is fine.
