Hi I've now placed the layers within the mask frame https://github.com/libresilicon/PearlRiver/tree/master/Vendors/HKUST/Masks
Reduction factor is 5:1 so I scaled it up a bit.
If it's ok with you, I will manufacture them together with the responsible guy, in the lab on Monday or so.
Cheers David
Hello Everyone,
I checked the masks. The overall result is Not OK. The detailed problems are the following: - via1, 2, contact oversized (what shall be 5um is 9um) - nimplant, pimplant undersized (shall 20 is 12) - silicideblock, implantblock undersized (shall 15 is 7) - sti oversized (shall 35 is 39) - sonos oversized (shall 12.5 is 8.5) Other layers (glass, fox, pwell, nwell, pbase, nbase, poly, metal1, 2, 3) are OK.
The first two points remind me some troubles we had initially but got rectified later. Maybe this is a leftover from them? Also, I would add some identification (one or two letters) to the masks as it is pretty confusing to handle them separately (especially implantblock and silicideblock are almost the same). We have some free space in the middle for that.
Regards, Ferenc

Hello Ferenc I updated the masks according to your feedback. Please have a look at it once again.

Hello Everyone,
I re-checked the masks. It is correct now. From my side it can be sent in, but please someone else check it too (more-eyes principle).

Hello.
Sorry, for my delay. I double-checked the mask and find two oddities.
1st, I saw a long small opening gap in metal2 on the PAD measurement. 2nd, I stumbled about a DRC error which I does not see every Magic run. Well, it was the metal2 output of the T7_INV Ring Oscillator; heavy to find.
Both are fixed now and checked in.
@David, please pull, re-generate the mask and get them out of the door!
Thanks all for your help on PearlRiver!
Regards, Hagen.

Ok! I'll regenerate the masks and will try to get it manufactured by tomorrow evening.
Thanks all for your help on PearlRiver!
Thanks a lot for identifying and fixing these issue at the last minute. Was a close one. Now lets hope everything goes smooth from here on... ^^'
