Using not so common repositories doesn't help, because you would have to show that the repository was already online before the patented stuff. So I recommend, that both of you, Ludwig and Christoph getting your own (fresh new) identity on github.com and connecting this repositories with ours. Better way to keep this divided from former/personal identities on github. Regards, Hagen.
