[Libre-silicon-devel] Code of conduct

Hi I've been thinking about how to handle situations in the future like the mailing list recently, and I came to the conclusion that a code of conduct has to be formulated, which states that this project aims to be neutral when it comes to anything beyond manufacturing free and open source silicon, so political debates aren't welcome.
